Description

This quick and delicious 10-minute peach cobbler made in the air fryer is the perfect warm dessert with a sweet crunchy topping and a touch of cinnamon.


Ingredients

  • 1 peach, halved and pitted
  • 1 tsp + 2 tsp butter (1 Tbsp, divided)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp oats
  • 1 Tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Whipped cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place halved peach cut side up in a small air fryer-safe dish.
  3. Add 1 tsp butter to each peach half.
  4. In a bowl, mix oats, shredded coconut, cinnamon, and remaining 2 tsp butter until crumbly.
  5. Top peaches with oat mixture.
  6. Drizzle with honey.
  7. Air fry for 10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  8. Serve warm with whipped cream if desired.

Notes

For extra crunch, you can add a few chopped nuts to the topping mixture.
