This quick and delicious 10-minute peach cobbler made in the air fryer is the perfect warm dessert with a sweet crunchy topping and a touch of cinnamon.

- 1 peach, halved and pitted
- 1 tsp + 2 tsp butter (1 Tbsp, divided)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp oats
- 1 Tbsp shredded coconut
- 1 tsp honey
- Whipped cream (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place halved peach cut side up in a small air fryer-safe dish.
- Add 1 tsp butter to each peach half.
- In a bowl, mix oats, shredded coconut, cinnamon, and remaining 2 tsp butter until crumbly.
- Top peaches with oat mixture.
- Drizzle with honey.
- Air fry for 10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Serve warm with whipped cream if desired.
Notes
For extra crunch, you can add a few chopped nuts to the topping mixture.
