Description

  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a small cake pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and eggs until smooth.
  3. Gradually sift in the flour and mix until fully combined with no lumps.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Let the cake cool before removing from the pan. Chill for a firmer texture if desired.
