- 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, full-fat)
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a small cake pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and eggs until smooth.
- Gradually sift in the flour and mix until fully combined with no lumps.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool before removing from the pan. Chill for a firmer texture if desired.
Notes
Serve with fresh fruit, a dusting of powdered sugar, or a drizzle of honey for extra flavor.
