Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix ingredients: In a bowl, stir peanut butter, sugar, and egg until smooth.
  3. Shape dough: Roll into 1-inch balls (about 12 cookies) and place on the baking sheet. Flatten slightly with a fork in a crisscross pattern.
