A fast, healthy, flavor-packed shrimp and broccoli dinner that comes together in just 30 minutes.
Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add shrimp and season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink, then remove from the skillet.
- Add remaining olive oil to the skillet and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
- Add broccoli and cook for 5–7 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return shrimp to the skillet.
- Add soy sauce, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes.
- Toss everything together and cook for 1–2 minutes.
- Serve warm over rice, quinoa, or on its own.
Notes
Great with cauliflower rice for a low-carb option. Adjust seasoning to taste.
