Description
Celebrate Independence Day with this vibrant, creamy 4th of July Swirl Pie — a no-bake dessert bursting with red, white, and blue swirls on a crunchy graham cracker crust.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Red food coloring
- Blue food coloring
- Whipped cream, for topping
- Fresh berries, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into three bowls. Leave one bowl plain (white), tint one red, and the other blue with food coloring.
- Spoon dollops of each color into the chilled crust, alternating for a swirled pattern. Use a skewer or knife to gently swirl the colors together.
- Chill the pie for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Top with whipped cream and fresh berries if desired. Serve chilled.
Notes
For a cleaner swirl, don’t overmix when swirling the colors. Use gel food coloring for more vibrant shades.
