Celebrate Independence Day with this vibrant, creamy 4th of July Swirl Pie — a no-bake dessert bursting with red, white, and blue swirls on a crunchy graham cracker crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Red food coloring
  • Blue food coloring
  • Whipped cream, for topping
  • Fresh berries, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into three bowls. Leave one bowl plain (white), tint one red, and the other blue with food coloring.
  4. Spoon dollops of each color into the chilled crust, alternating for a swirled pattern. Use a skewer or knife to gently swirl the colors together.
  5. Chill the pie for at least 4 hours or until set.
  6. Top with whipped cream and fresh berries if desired. Serve chilled.

Notes

For a cleaner swirl, don’t overmix when swirling the colors. Use gel food coloring for more vibrant shades.
