Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced peaches (approx. 2 large peaches)
  • ⅓ cup red onion, diced
  • 1 small jalapeno, seeded and diced
  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Dice the peaches and red onion finely.
  2. Seed and dice the jalapeno.
  3. Chop the cilantro and juice the lime.
  4. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  5. Season with salt to taste and stir well.

Notes

For extra heat, leave the jalapeno seeds in. Use ripe, juicy peaches for the best flavor.
