  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Olive oil, cooking spray (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a shallow dish, whisk together the flour, salt, and paprika.
  3. In another shallow dish, beat the eggs.
  4. In a third shallow dish, place the panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Dip each green bean into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally into the panko breadcrumbs, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  6. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  7. Arrange the breaded green beans in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  8. Spray the green beans with olive oil.
  9. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  10. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra crispy green beans, use a little cornstarch in the flour mixture. You can substitute panko breadcrumbs with regular breadcrumbs if needed. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. These are best enjoyed fresh!
