Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a shallow dish, whisk together the flour, salt, and paprika.
- In another shallow dish, beat the eggs.
- In a third shallow dish, place the panko breadcrumbs.
- Dip each green bean into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally into the panko breadcrumbs, ensuring it’s fully coated.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Arrange the breaded green beans in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Spray the green beans with olive oil.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra crispy green beans, use a little cornstarch in the flour mixture. You can substitute panko breadcrumbs with regular breadcrumbs if needed. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. These are best enjoyed fresh!
