Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, these air fryer chicken thighs are perfectly seasoned and ready in under 30 minutes.

- 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (195°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over the chicken thighs.
- Place the chicken thighs skin-side down in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12 minutes.
- Flip the chicken thighs skin-side up.
- Continue cooking for 10–12 minutes, until the skin is crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket for best results. Cooking time may vary depending on the size of the chicken thighs.
