Description

Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, these air fryer chicken thighs are perfectly seasoned and ready in under 30 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (195°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over the chicken thighs.
  5. Place the chicken thighs skin-side down in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 12 minutes.
  7. Flip the chicken thighs skin-side up.
  8. Continue cooking for 10–12 minutes, until the skin is crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  9. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket for best results. Cooking time may vary depending on the size of the chicken thighs.
