Description
Sweet, juicy peaches caramelized in the air fryer with cinnamon sugar and served with creamy vanilla ice cream – the perfect summer dessert.
Ingredients

- 1 peach
- 1 tbsp butter, room temperature
- 1 tbsp turbinado sugar
- Tiny pinch sea salt
- Dash cinnamon
- Vanilla ice cream
- Olive oil for brushing
Instructions
- Slice the peach in half and remove the pit.
- Brush the cut sides lightly with olive oil.
- In a small bowl, mix the butter, turbinado sugar, sea salt, and cinnamon into a paste.
- Spread the mixture over the cut side of the peach halves.
- Place the peaches in the air fryer, cut side up.
- Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes, or until golden and tender.
- Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Notes
Best served fresh and warm. Try adding a drizzle of honey or crushed nuts for extra texture.
