Description

Sweet, juicy peaches caramelized in the air fryer with cinnamon sugar and served with creamy vanilla ice cream – the perfect summer dessert.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 peach
  • 1 tbsp butter, room temperature
  • 1 tbsp turbinado sugar
  • Tiny pinch sea salt
  • Dash cinnamon
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Olive oil for brushing

Instructions

  1. Slice the peach in half and remove the pit.
  2. Brush the cut sides lightly with olive oil.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the butter, turbinado sugar, sea salt, and cinnamon into a paste.
  4. Spread the mixture over the cut side of the peach halves.
  5. Place the peaches in the air fryer, cut side up.
  6. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes, or until golden and tender.
  7. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Notes

Best served fresh and warm. Try adding a drizzle of honey or crushed nuts for extra texture.
