Description

A quick and delicious summer dessert made with sweet peaches, warm cinnamon, and creamy vanilla ice cream—perfectly air-fried for a caramelized finish.


Ingredients

  • 1 medium firm peach, halved and pitted
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon light brown sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix in brown sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Brush the cut side of each peach half with the butter mixture.
  4. Place the peach halves in the air fryer basket, cut side up.
  5. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, until the peaches are tender and caramelized.
  6. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.

Notes

Use firm peaches for best results. You can add a sprinkle of granola or chopped nuts for crunch.
