Description
A quick and delicious summer dessert made with sweet peaches, warm cinnamon, and creamy vanilla ice cream—perfectly air-fried for a caramelized finish.

- 1 medium firm peach, halved and pitted
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon light brown sugar
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix in brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Brush the cut side of each peach half with the butter mixture.
- Place the peach halves in the air fryer basket, cut side up.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, until the peaches are tender and caramelized.
- Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
Notes
Use firm peaches for best results. You can add a sprinkle of granola or chopped nuts for crunch.
