Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Break the beef into small chunks and place in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- Once cooked, drain excess fat if necessary.
- Use immediately in tacos, bowls, salads, or for meal prep.
Notes
Adjust seasonings to your preference. For leaner results, use 90% lean ground beef.
