Description

A juicy, flavorful meatloaf made quick and easy in the air fryer, with a perfectly crisp outside and tender inside.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • For topping: 1/4 cup ketchup mixed with 2 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, onion, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf that will fit into your air fryer basket.
  4. Place the loaf in the air fryer basket and cook for 25 minutes.
  5. Brush the top of the meatloaf with the ketchup and brown sugar mixture.
  6. Cook for an additional 10–15 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  7. Let the meatloaf rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For best results, avoid pressing the meat mixture too tightly. Resting helps the juices redistribute for a moist loaf.
