A juicy, flavorful meatloaf made quick and easy in the air fryer, with a perfectly crisp outside and tender inside.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- For topping: 1/4 cup ketchup mixed with 2 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, onion, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf that will fit into your air fryer basket.
- Place the loaf in the air fryer basket and cook for 25 minutes.
- Brush the top of the meatloaf with the ketchup and brown sugar mixture.
- Cook for an additional 10–15 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Let the meatloaf rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For best results, avoid pressing the meat mixture too tightly. Resting helps the juices redistribute for a moist loaf.
