Description

Crispy on the outside, sweet and fruity on the inside—these Air Fryer Peach Cobbler Egg Rolls are a quick, delicious twist on the classic dessert.


Ingredients

  • 15 ounces canned diced peaches in syrup or juice, drained
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • Oil spray
  • Powdered sugar for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the peaches, brown sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Place about 2 tablespoons of the peach mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
  4. Fold the sides in and roll tightly, sealing the edge with a little water.
  5. Spray the rolls lightly with oil spray.
  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  7. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

For extra crunch, lightly spray the egg rolls again halfway through air frying.
