Crispy on the outside, sweet and fruity on the inside—these Air Fryer Peach Cobbler Egg Rolls are a quick, delicious twist on the classic dessert.
Ingredients

- 15 ounces canned diced peaches in syrup or juice, drained
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 10 egg roll wrappers
- Oil spray
- Powdered sugar for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine the peaches, brown sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
- Place about 2 tablespoons of the peach mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
- Fold the sides in and roll tightly, sealing the edge with a little water.
- Spray the rolls lightly with oil spray.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
For extra crunch, lightly spray the egg rolls again halfway through air frying.
