Easy, fruity and golden-topped—this Air Fryer Peach Cobbler is the perfect quick dessert to whip up any day of the week.

- 2–3 cups fresh peeled & thinly sliced peaches
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon cornstarch
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla
- ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ cup all purpose flour
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 4 Tablespoons salted butter, melted & cooled slightly
- Optional: sprinkle of turbinado sugar, for topping
- Optional: whipped cream, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix peaches, brown sugar, cornstarch, vanilla, and cinnamon. Stir until peaches are evenly coated.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, and baking powder. Stir in melted butter until mixture forms a crumbly batter.
- Spoon peach mixture into air fryer-safe baking dish or ramekins.
- Dollop the biscuit topping evenly over peaches. Optionally, sprinkle with turbinado sugar.
- Place dish in air fryer basket and cook for 12–15 minutes or until topping is golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool slightly before serving with whipped cream if desired.
Notes
You can use frozen or canned peaches—just adjust the sugar to taste and drain any excess liquid well.
