Description

Easy, fruity and golden-topped—this Air Fryer Peach Cobbler is the perfect quick dessert to whip up any day of the week.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 23 cups fresh peeled & thinly sliced peaches
  • 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cornstarch
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla
  • ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup all purpose flour
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 4 Tablespoons salted butter, melted & cooled slightly
  • Optional: sprinkle of turbinado sugar, for topping
  • Optional: whipped cream, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix peaches, brown sugar, cornstarch, vanilla, and cinnamon. Stir until peaches are evenly coated.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, and baking powder. Stir in melted butter until mixture forms a crumbly batter.
  4. Spoon peach mixture into air fryer-safe baking dish or ramekins.
  5. Dollop the biscuit topping evenly over peaches. Optionally, sprinkle with turbinado sugar.
  6. Place dish in air fryer basket and cook for 12–15 minutes or until topping is golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving with whipped cream if desired.

Notes

You can use frozen or canned peaches—just adjust the sugar to taste and drain any excess liquid well.
