Description

This Air Fryer Peach Crisp is a quick and easy dessert featuring sweet peaches and a buttery oat topping, all crisped to perfection in the air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 45 peaches, pitted, peeled (optional), and cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • 12 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup quick oats or old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cut into cubes and softened
  • 2 tablespoons sliced almonds or crushed walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine sliced peaches, brown sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract. Toss gently to coat evenly.
  3. Transfer the peach mixture to a small air fryer-safe baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, mix flour, oats, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add the butter and use your fingers or a pastry cutter to blend until crumbly. Stir in almonds or walnuts if using.
  5. Sprinkle the topping evenly over the peaches.
  6. Place the dish in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-18 minutes, or until the topping is golden and the peach filling is bubbling.
  7. Carefully remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
