This Air Fryer Peach Crisp is a quick and easy dessert featuring sweet peaches and a buttery oat topping, all crisped to perfection in the air fryer.

- 4–5 peaches, pitted, peeled (optional), and cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 1–2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup quick oats or old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cut into cubes and softened
- 2 tablespoons sliced almonds or crushed walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine sliced peaches, brown sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract. Toss gently to coat evenly.
- Transfer the peach mixture to a small air fryer-safe baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix flour, oats, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add the butter and use your fingers or a pastry cutter to blend until crumbly. Stir in almonds or walnuts if using.
- Sprinkle the topping evenly over the peaches.
- Place the dish in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-18 minutes, or until the topping is golden and the peach filling is bubbling.
- Carefully remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra treat. Adjust sugar based on the sweetness of your peaches.
