Description

A quick and crispy dessert made in the air fryer, these peach-filled chimichangas are buttery, sweet, and irresistibly cinnamony.


Ingredients

  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1 can peaches, drained and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon together.
  3. Place a few spoonfuls of chopped peaches in the center of each tortilla and roll them up tightly like a burrito.
  4. Brush each chimichanga with melted butter.
  5. Roll each chimichanga in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until fully coated.
  6. Place them in the air fryer basket seam-side down.
  7. Air fry for 8–10 minutes or until golden and crisp.
  8. Let cool slightly and serve warm.

Notes

Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a drizzle of caramel for an extra treat.
