Description
A quick and crispy dessert made in the air fryer, these peach-filled chimichangas are buttery, sweet, and irresistibly cinnamony.
Ingredients

- 4 flour tortillas
- 1 can peaches, drained and chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon together.
- Place a few spoonfuls of chopped peaches in the center of each tortilla and roll them up tightly like a burrito.
- Brush each chimichanga with melted butter.
- Roll each chimichanga in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until fully coated.
- Place them in the air fryer basket seam-side down.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes or until golden and crisp.
- Let cool slightly and serve warm.
Notes
Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a drizzle of caramel for an extra treat.
