Description
These Air Fryer Peach Hand Pies are a quick, delicious treat with a golden flaky crust and warm peach filling – perfect for a sweet snack or dessert!
Ingredients

- 14.1 ounce refrigerated package pie crust (2 crusts) or double my homemade pie crust recipe
- 1/2 can (21 ounce) peach pie filling (or double the recipe and use the entire can)
- 6 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 large egg + splash of water
- Water
- 3 teaspoons turbinado sugar
Instructions
- Roll out the pie crusts and cut into circles using a round cutter.
- Add a spoonful of peach pie filling to the center of each round.
- Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon brown sugar and a dash of cinnamon.
- Brush edges with water, fold over, and seal with a fork.
- Whisk the egg with a splash of water and brush over the tops.
- Sprinkle with turbinado sugar for crunch.
- Air fry at 350°F for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
You can use any fruit filling you like – cherry and apple also work great!
