A sweet and creamy summer toast made with juicy peach slices, whipped ricotta, and a drizzle of honey – quick, light, and totally satisfying.


Ingredients

  • ½ peach – finely sliced
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 23 tablespoons ricotta
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 slice sourdough or bread of choice
  • Pinch sea salt or flaky sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon chopped mint (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon bee pollen (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the bread slice in the air fryer and toast for 3-4 minutes or until golden and crisp.
  3. Spread the ricotta over the warm toast.
  4. Top with peach slices and drizzle with honey.
  5. Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon and sea salt.
  6. Garnish with chopped mint and bee pollen if using.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes
