These Air Fryer Peaches with Oat Crumble are the perfect summer dessert—juicy, sweet, and topped with a crispy oat crumble. Serve with a scoop of ice cream or your favorite yogurt for an irresistible treat.

- 4 ripe yellow peaches, pitted
- 1 cup (100g) old-fashioned rolled oats
- ½ cup oat flour or spelt flour
- 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons melted coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- Optional for serving: Vanilla ice cream or non-dairy frozen dessert, plain or vanilla yogurt, or whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix rolled oats, oat or spelt flour, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt to form the crumble topping.
- Slice each peach in half and remove the pits.
- Place the peach halves in the air fryer basket, cut side up.
- Spoon the oat crumble evenly over the top of each peach half.
- Air fry for 10–12 minutes, or until the peaches are tender and the crumble is golden brown.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream, yogurt, or whipped cream if desired.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh out of the air fryer. You can substitute other stone fruits like nectarines or plums.
