Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts (1 per person)
- Spray oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt or garlic powder
- 1 spray of rosemary (fresh or dried)
- 1 lemon (optional, for spritzing at the end)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Spray the chicken breasts lightly with spray oil on both sides.
- Season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic salt or powder.
- Spray or sprinkle rosemary evenly over the chicken.
- Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes.
- Optional: spritz with fresh lemon juice before serving.
Notes
You can use dried rosemary if fresh is not available. Adjust seasoning to taste.
