Description

Savory, juicy chicken breasts infused with rosemary and a hint of lemon, made perfectly crispy in the air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts (1 per person)
  • Spray oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt or garlic powder
  • 1 spray of rosemary (fresh or dried)
  • 1 lemon (optional, for spritzing at the end)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spray the chicken breasts lightly with spray oil on both sides.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic salt or powder.
  4. Spray or sprinkle rosemary evenly over the chicken.
  5. Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes.
  8. Optional: spritz with fresh lemon juice before serving.

Notes

You can use dried rosemary if fresh is not available. Adjust seasoning to taste.
