- 2 peaches, halved and pitted
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together oats, melted butter, cinnamon, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Scoop the oat mixture into the halved peaches, pressing gently.
- Place stuffed peaches in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes or until the peaches are tender and topping is golden.
- Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream if desired.
Notes
