Description

A tangy, smoky, slightly sweet homemade Arby’s Sauce that tastes just like the classic fast-food favorite.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a small saucepan.
  2. Whisk until fully combined.
  3. Simmer over low heat for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
  5. Transfer to a jar or squeeze bottle.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour for best flavor.

Notes

Adjust cayenne for extra heat. Sauce keeps well refrigerated for up to one week.
