Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- Place chicken in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
- Combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Rub seasoning evenly over the chicken thighs.
- Arrange chicken on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until cooked through.
- Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes to crisp the skin.
- Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
