Ingredients

- 1 cup warm milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon melted butter (for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and instant yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Stir in melted butter and salt.
- Add flour gradually and mix until a soft dough forms.
- Knead for 3–4 minutes until smooth.
- Divide dough into 12 equal pieces and shape into rolls.
- Place rolls on a greased baking sheet.
- Let rest for 10–15 minutes.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush with melted butter before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, brush rolls with garlic butter after baking.
