Description

Soft, fluffy, and incredibly fast to make, these baked quick dinner rolls are perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and instant yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in melted butter and salt.
  4. Add flour gradually and mix until a soft dough forms.
  5. Knead for 3–4 minutes until smooth.
  6. Divide dough into 12 equal pieces and shape into rolls.
  7. Place rolls on a greased baking sheet.
  8. Let rest for 10–15 minutes.
  9. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Brush with melted butter before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, brush rolls with garlic butter after baking.
