- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh parsley or green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the salmon fillets on it.
- Drizzle salmon with olive oil, then season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Bake salmon for 12–15 minutes, or until cooked through and flaky.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth.
- Once salmon is done, spoon the bang bang secret sauce generously over each fillet.
- Garnish with fresh parsley or green onions before serving.
Notes
Adjust sriracha for more or less heat. This dish pairs wonderfully with rice, roasted veggies, or a crisp salad.
