Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh parsley or green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the salmon fillets on it.
  3. Drizzle salmon with olive oil, then season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Bake salmon for 12–15 minutes, or until cooked through and flaky.
  5. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth.
  6. Once salmon is done, spoon the bang bang secret sauce generously over each fillet.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley or green onions before serving.

Notes

Adjust sriracha for more or less heat. This dish pairs wonderfully with rice, roasted veggies, or a crisp salad.
