Ingredients

  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles (seasoning packets discarded)
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  3. Stir in garlic and onion, cooking until fragrant.
  4. Add bell peppers and broccoli, sauté for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour in beef broth and soy sauce, then bring to a simmer.
  6. Add ramen noodles and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
  7. Drizzle with sesame oil, season with salt and pepper, and toss to combine.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with green onions or sesame seeds if desired.

Notes
