- 2 packs instant ramen noodles (seasoning packets discarded)
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Stir in garlic and onion, cooking until fragrant.
- Add bell peppers and broccoli, sauté for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in beef broth and soy sauce, then bring to a simmer.
- Add ramen noodles and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Drizzle with sesame oil, season with salt and pepper, and toss to combine.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dash of chili flakes or sriracha. You can also swap vegetables based on preference.
