- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup ketchup (plus extra for topping)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on a piece of parchment paper or in a loaf pan that fits in the air fryer.
- Spray lightly with cooking spray and cook for 25–30 minutes.
- Brush the top with extra ketchup and cook an additional 5–10 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
