Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup ketchup (plus extra for topping)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper until combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on a piece of parchment paper or in a loaf pan that fits in the air fryer.
  4. Spray lightly with cooking spray and cook for 25–30 minutes.
  5. Brush the top with extra ketchup and cook an additional 5–10 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
