Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry using paper towels.
- Place chicken in a bowl and coat with olive oil.
- Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Rub the seasoning evenly over all chicken thighs.
- Arrange chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes for extra crispiness.
- Remove from oven and rest for 5 minutes before serving.
