- 1 sleeve of saltine crackers (about 40 crackers)
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Holiday sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil or parchment and arrange crackers in a single layer.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar over medium heat. Bring to a boil and let bubble for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Pour the toffee mixture evenly over the crackers and spread quickly with a spatula.
- Bake in preheated oven for 5 minutes until bubbly.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over the top. Let sit for 2 minutes, then spread melted chocolate evenly.
- Add festive sprinkles on top.
- Cool completely, then chill in fridge for 1–2 hours until set. Break into pieces and enjoy!
