Description

A quick and flavorful ramen made with ground turkey, savory broth, and fresh toppings — a comforting bowl ready in under 30 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 450g ground turkey
  • 2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning)
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sriracha (optional, for spice)
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 2 boiled eggs, halved
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add garlic, ginger, and onion, and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
  3. Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha (if using).
  4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Let cook for 10 minutes to develop flavor.
  5. Meanwhile, cook ramen noodles according to package directions, then drain.
  6. Add spinach to the broth and stir until wilted.
  7. Divide noodles into bowls, ladle broth and turkey mixture over them.
  8. Top with boiled eggs, green onions, and sesame seeds. Serve hot.

Notes

For extra richness, add a spoonful of miso paste or top with chili oil for a spicy kick.
