Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped dill pickles
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon capers, drained and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, chopped dill pickles, and capers.
  2. Add lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic.
  3. Stir in fresh dill.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

Notes
