- 1 large head of cauliflower
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut cauliflower into large florets and place in a mixing bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and add minced garlic, smoked paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat.
- Spread cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway, until golden brown and tender.
- Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
For extra flavor, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the roasted cauliflower before serving.
