Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut cauliflower into large florets and place in a mixing bowl.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and add minced garlic, smoked paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat.
  4. Spread cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
