  • 2 Tbsp Montreal Steak Seasonings
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Butter

  2. In a small bowl, combine Montreal Steak Seasoning.
  3. Generously season both sides of the steaks with the seasoning mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet or on a Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat.
  5. Place steaks in the hot skillet/griddle and cook for 3-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting cooking time to your desired doneness.
  6. Add butter to the skillet during the last minute of cooking, tilting the pan to baste the steaks with melted butter.
  7. Remove steaks from the skillet and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
