Description

A delicious salmon fillet glazed with sweet brown sugar, soy sauce, and garlic, baked to perfection for a flavorful and tender main dish.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place salmon fillets in a baking dish lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
  4. Brush the glaze generously over each fillet.
  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  6. For extra caramelization, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For best flavor, marinate the salmon in the glaze for 30 minutes before baking. Adjust baking time depending on fillet thickness.
