- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets in a baking dish lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
- Brush the glaze generously over each fillet.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- For extra caramelization, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For best flavor, marinate the salmon in the glaze for 30 minutes before baking. Adjust baking time depending on fillet thickness.
