  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, melted
  • 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1/3 cup pickled jalapeños (optional)
  • 4 tablespoons salted butter
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons poppy seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, cilantro, and scallions. Mix until fully incorporated.
  3. Arrange bottom halves of dinner rolls in baking dish. Spread ranch dressing evenly over rolls.

  5. Place roll tops over filling. Melt butter with hot sauce, Worcestershire, and garlic. Brush mixture over rolls and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
