Spicy, juicy buffalo turkey meatballs baked to perfection and tossed in tangy buffalo sauce – perfect for appetizers or a light dinner.

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- Celery sticks, for serving
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing, for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, green onions, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Form mixture into small meatballs (about 1 1/2 inches) and place on the baking sheet.
- Brush meatballs lightly with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
- Meanwhile, whisk together buffalo sauce and melted butter in a large bowl.
- Toss baked meatballs in the buffalo sauce until coated evenly.
- Serve warm with celery sticks and ranch or blue cheese dressing.
Notes
For extra heat, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the meatball mixture or use an extra-spicy buffalo sauce.
