Fun and spooky candy eyes, perfect for decorating cakes, cookies, or Halloween treats.
Ingredients

- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons light corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2–3 teaspoons water
- Mini chocolate chips (for pupils)
Instructions
- In a bowl, sift together powdered sugar and cornstarch.
- Add corn syrup, vanilla, and 2 teaspoons of water. Mix until a thick paste forms. Add an extra teaspoon of water if needed.
- Transfer mixture into a piping bag and pipe small round dots onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Immediately place a mini chocolate chip in the center of each dot to create the pupil.
- Allow the candy eyes to dry at room temperature for 24 hours until fully hardened.
Notes
Store candy eyes in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
