- 2 cups cauliflower florets, steamed and chopped
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté chopped onion until soft, then add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned. Season with paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth and combined.
- Fold in steamed cauliflower and mix thoroughly.
- Transfer mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
Notes
You can swap cauliflower with broccoli or zucchini for variation. For extra richness, sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top before baking.
