Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 12-cup bundt pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, combine sugar, milk, oil, eggs, and almond extract. Beat until well combined.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the maraschino cherries.
