- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 8 small tortillas
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a baking dish, combine chicken, salsa, taco seasoning, black beans, corn, and chicken broth.
- Mix until fully combined.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
- Serve with warm tortillas and your favorite toppings.
Notes
Add jalapeños or hot sauce for extra heat. Works great with leftover rotisserie chicken.
