Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour the sauce mixture into the pan.
- Stir continuously until the sauce thickens.
- Remove from heat once glossy and smooth.
- Use immediately or store for later use.
