Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 chipotle pepper in adobo, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Finely chop the parsley and cilantro.
- Add the herbs to a mixing bowl.
- Add the minced garlic and chopped chipotle pepper.
- Stir in the smoked paprika and red pepper flakes.
- Pour in the red wine vinegar.
- Slowly add the olive oil while mixing.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Mix until the sauce is well combined.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
