Soft, chewy, and made with just a few ingredients, these Christmas Cool Whip Cookies are festive, easy, and perfect for holiday cookie trays!

- 1 box cake mix (vanilla, chocolate, or red velvet)
- 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for rolling)
- Red and green sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, Cool Whip, and egg. Stir until a sticky dough forms.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll into balls.
- Roll each ball in powdered sugar until well coated.
- Place on the prepared baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart.
- Add sprinkles on top if using.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, until edges are set and tops are slightly cracked.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Change up the cake mix flavor for variety! These cookies stay soft for days and make great gifts.
