Description

Soft, chewy, and made with just a few ingredients, these Christmas Cool Whip Cookies are festive, easy, and perfect for holiday cookie trays!


Ingredients

  • 1 box cake mix (vanilla, chocolate, or red velvet)
  • 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for rolling)
  • Red and green sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, Cool Whip, and egg. Stir until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll into balls.
  4. Roll each ball in powdered sugar until well coated.
  5. Place on the prepared baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart.
  6. Add sprinkles on top if using.
  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until edges are set and tops are slightly cracked.
  8. Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
