- 16 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 ounces each)
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons celery salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1–1/2 to 2 cups crushed butter-flavored crackers
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, pepper, paprika, seasoned salt, and garlic salt until well combined.
- Add chicken breasts to the mixture, coating each piece thoroughly. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Roll each chicken breast in crushed butter-flavored crackers, pressing gently to coat.
- Place coated chicken in a greased baking dish.
- Drizzle canola oil and melted butter evenly over the chicken.
- Bake uncovered for 45–50 minutes or until chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
You can prepare the chicken ahead of time and refrigerate before baking. Great with mashed potatoes or a holiday salad.
