Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Crackers, chips, or veggies for serving

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream until smooth and creamy.
  2. Stir in cheddar cheese, green onions, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
