Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in egg, vanilla extract, and almond extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and milk powder.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until combined.
- Fold in white chocolate chips and Christmas sprinkles.
- Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
- Let cookies cool on the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For extra milkshake flavor, drizzle with a vanilla glaze or top with crushed candy canes after baking.
