Description

Soft, chewy, and festive Christmas blondies packed with white chocolate chips, red and green M&Ms, and holiday cheer – perfect for gifting or snacking!


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup red and green M&Ms
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter and brown sugar until combined.
  3. Add egg and vanilla extract, stirring well.
  4. Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined.
  5. Fold in white chocolate chips, M&Ms, and pecans if using.
  6. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Cool completely in the pan before slicing into squares.

Notes

For extra holiday flair, press additional M&Ms on top before baking. Store blondies in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
