Description
This Christmas Jam Recipe is sweet, spiced, and bursting with holiday flavor—perfect for gifting or spreading on your morning toast all season long!
Ingredients

			- 1 (12 oz) bag fresh or frozen cranberries
 - 2 cups fresh strawberries (hulled and chopped)
 - 1/2 cup orange juice
 - 1 tbsp lemon juice
 - 1 tsp ground cinnamon
 - 1/2 tsp ground cloves
 - 1 (1.75 oz) package fruit pectin
 - 4 cups granulated sugar
 
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine cranberries, strawberries, orange juice, lemon juice, cinnamon, and cloves.
 - Bring mixture to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cranberries pop and soften.
 - Use an immersion blender or potato masher to break down the mixture to your desired consistency.
 - Stir in fruit pectin and return to a boil.
 - Add sugar all at once and stir constantly.
 - Bring back to a rolling boil and cook for 1-2 minutes.
 - Remove from heat and skim off any foam.
 - Carefully ladle jam into sterilized jars, leaving 1/4-inch headspace.
 - Wipe rims clean, seal with lids, and process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes if canning.
 - Let cool completely. Store sealed jars in a cool dark place, or refrigerate unprocessed jars.
 
Notes
Makes wonderful edible gifts during the holidays. Store in the fridge for up to 3 weeks or process jars to keep for up to a year.
