Christmas Jello Balls are a no-bake holiday treat made with sweetened condensed milk, coconut, and fruity Jello powder. Colorful, chewy, and perfect for cookie trays or edible gifts!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 1/2 cups desiccated coconut, plus more for rolling
  • 1 packet (3 oz) red Jello (strawberry or cherry flavor)
  • 1 packet (3 oz) green Jello (lime flavor)

Instructions

  1. Divide the sweetened condensed milk equally into two bowls.
  2. Add 1 1/4 cups of desiccated coconut to each bowl.
  3. Add red Jello powder to one bowl and green Jello powder to the other. Mix each until fully combined and a dough forms.
  4. Using your hands, roll small amounts of each mixture into 1-inch balls.
  5. Roll each ball in additional coconut to coat.
  6. Place on a tray and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  7. Serve chilled or at room temperature. Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
