Description
Christmas Jello Balls are a no-bake holiday treat made with sweetened condensed milk, coconut, and fruity Jello powder. Colorful, chewy, and perfect for cookie trays or edible gifts!
Ingredients

- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 1/2 cups desiccated coconut, plus more for rolling
- 1 packet (3 oz) red Jello (strawberry or cherry flavor)
- 1 packet (3 oz) green Jello (lime flavor)
Instructions
- Divide the sweetened condensed milk equally into two bowls.
- Add 1 1/4 cups of desiccated coconut to each bowl.
- Add red Jello powder to one bowl and green Jello powder to the other. Mix each until fully combined and a dough forms.
- Using your hands, roll small amounts of each mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Roll each ball in additional coconut to coat.
- Place on a tray and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature. Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
Notes
You can make these up to a week in advance. Try other Jello flavors for different colors and tastes throughout the year!
