Ingredients
Scale
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Add sprinkles if desired.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes or until edges are set. Cool on wire rack.
Notes
For clean layers, chill the dough well before slicing. These cookies can be frozen and baked later.
